Phoenix WinNonlin and NONMEM
Everest uses Phoenix WinNonlin8.1
Everest uses Phoenix WinNonlin 8.1 to conduct pharmacokinetic (PK) and pharmacodynamic (PD) analysis, modelling and simulation, and non-compartmental analysis (NCA).
The NCA, PK/PD modeling tools, and statistical analysis capabilities in WinNonlin are used to support many different types of studies at Everest.
Everest has been involved in conducting analysis for numerous studies including dose proportionality, dose escalation, food interaction, drug interaction, bioavailability (BA) and bioequivalence (BE) studies.
Population pharmacokinetics and in vitro-in vivo correlations have also been conducted. Everest uses the software package NONMEM (non-linear mixed effects modeling) for population PD/PK analysis.
