Everest uses the following electronic data capture (EDC) applications in global and non-global studies of all phases and therapeutic areas:
Trial sponsors make their selection of EDC systems based on many factors such as the alignment of the EDC approach with long term trial data collection strategies, budgetary considerations, and study sites’ preferences. Everest can also provide consultation and assistance in selecting an appropriate EDC system according to sponsor and trial requirements, or provide organizational EDC administrator support on behalf of the sponsor.
Rave
Rave is the leading brand name EDC system currently in the industry, and offers value-added data management and reporting capabilities.
Everest has been an accredited Medidata Partner since 2014, with in-house certified study builders who have expertise in CRF design, validation check and custom function programming, and capabilities for data integration with IRT/RTSM and other clinical trial management and safety monitoring systems.
InForm
InForm is one of the industry brand name EDC systems, offering an intuitive user interface, and comprehensive role-based online training.
Everest builds InForm databases in-house, which include the design of eCRFs, the programming of simple and complex data validation checks, and data integration with IRT and other clinical trial management and safety monitoring systems.
DFdiscover
DFdiscover, formerly iDataFax is an established EDC system with more than a 25-year history in the industry.
Everest has full capability in building and hosting DFdiscover studies in-house. This EDC has been used by Everest since it opened its doors in 2004 and we have extensive knowledge in database design, including data integration with IRT and other clinical trial management and safety monitoring systems. This system is an effective and less costly EDC option as compared to the other industry brand name EDC systems. Everest has leveraged this technology in many studies in all phases globally and has submitted numerous studies conducted to regulatory agencies.
CIMS
CIMS is a user-friendly EDC system that supports efficient data collection and management for clinical trials. It offers comprehensive capabilities for data validation, real-time access, and secure storage, ensuring high-quality compliant data management.
