Unix SAS is our main statistical analysis and reporting tool, with occasional use of PC SAS when needed or at the client’s request. SAS (along with WinNonlin) is used to perform pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic analysis, modelling and simulation. Additionally, we use various statistical sample size calculation software, and other data graphical software.
