Recruitment Process 

  1. Review Everest's job openings on our careers page.
  2. If you believe you have the necessary qualifications and background then submit your resume to the email address noted at the bottom of the job opening you are applying for.
  3. Resumes are sorted and matched within the Positions Available Database to job openings.
  4. An Everest recruiter reviews all resumes within the Positions Available Database on a daily basis. Although we appreciate all applications only those that will be interviewed will be contacted.
  5. For those applicants selected the recruiter will send an introductory email message to the applicant and request the candidate to complete a screening questionnaire.
  6. A short list of the most qualified job candidates is created following the screening questionnaire.
  7. Selected candidates are invited to have a face-to-face interview or video interview with various members of the hiring team.
  8. Selected candidates will be asked to complete a written assessment test for every position. In some cases, the written assessment may occur prior to the interview.
  9. If necessary, a second interview may be conducted.
  10. The hire or no hire decision is based upon input from all members of the hiring team considering the candidate's qualifications, work experience, skill, ability, behavioural and technical responses, and overall workplace cultural fit.
  11. The recruiter will contact all interviewed applicants informing them of the hiring decision.
