Sherryl Baker, Ph.D.
Sherryl Baker has over 30 years of experience in the clinical trial industry. Sherryl joined Everest in 2009 as a Senior Director, Statistical Operations. Before joining Everest, Sherryl held positions of Director, Biostatistics, Senior Biostatistical Scientist, and Principal Biostatistician at Wyeth Vaccines, in Pearl River, New York, USA for 7 years. Prior to that Sherry held various statistical positions from Research Statistician to Director at the Nathan S. Kline Institute in Orangeburg, New York, USA, and Lederle Pharmaceuticals, Pearl River, New York, USA.
In Sherryl’s current role as an Executive Director, Biometrics, she is responsible for executive oversight in Statistics and Statistical Programming with focus on developing, leading, and maintaining client relationships, project portfolios and supporting clinical programs, as well as Everest statistical and programming strategic development. Sherryl has strong statistical theoretical and practical experiences, and she’s overseeing and also providing statistical consultation to our clients in program and protocol design and development, statistical methodologies, trial analysis and reporting, and FDA and EMA regulatory submission strategies.
Sherryl earned her Ph.D. degree in Biostatistics, and her M.Sc. degree in Biostatistics, both from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, California, USA. She also earned a B.A. in Mathematics and Biology from Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri, USA.
