Recruitment Process

  1. Review Everest's job openings on the careers page of

  2. If you believe you have the necessary qualifications and background then submit your resume to the email address noted at the bottom of the job opening you are applying for.

  3. Resumes are sorted and matched within the Positions Available Database to job openings.

  4. An Everest recruiter reviews all resumes within the Positions Available Database on a daily basis. Although we appreciate all applications only those that will be interviewed will be contacted.

  5. For those applicants selected the recruiter will send an introductory email message to the applicant.

  6. A preliminary phone interview is then arranged and conducted.

  7. A short list of the most qualified job candidates is created following the preliminary phone interview.

  8. Selected candidates are invited to have a face to face interview with various members of the hiring team.

  9. The hire or no hire decision is based upon the input of all members of the hiring team considering qualifications, work experience, skill, ability, behavioral and technical interviews and the workplace cultural fit.

  10. The recruiter will formally contact all interviewed applicants informing them of the hiring decision.
