Jin Dai is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and a Board Member of Everest Clinical Research Corporation (Everest). Over her 10-year tenure at Everest, Jin has been instrumental to the success and growth of the company. She has delivered strong organizational growth results with her excellent people and business management skills while providing strategic and data-driven leadership and decision making, directing business analysis and benchmarking against strong industry peers, implementing initiatives for process improvement and optimization, and providing effective and pragmatic solutions for clients.

Jin has performed various leadership roles across many of Everest’s key functional and service areas while also excelling in corporate level roles and responsibilities. From developing new service offerings, expanding existing services platforms, building new customer relationships, strengthening Everest’s internal teams and operational infrastructure, to leading integration processes to incorporate companies acquired by Everest, Jin continues to drive profitable growth while ensuring customer satisfaction to maximize value creation for the company.

Prior to joining Everest, Jin was a senior manager and management consultant for Accenture plc, delivering corporate and information technology strategies, and providing business transformation services for well-known North American companies across diverse industries. Jin earned her HBA degree from Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario, Ontario, Canada, and her B.Sc. degree also from the University of Western Ontario.
