Guojun Wang has over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical research biostatistics and statistical programming and has been a key statistical and programming leader of Brightech International (Brightech) since 2011. Guojun’s contributions over his 12 year tenure at Brightech have been well recognized and he is currently the Vice President of Biostatistics and Programming of the organization. Brightech was a CRO with a strong niche in biostatistics and statistical programming services, and was acquired by Everest in December 2022.
Guojun is a seasoned Biostatistician with strong statistical programming skills and is a proven leader in clinical trial biostatistics and statistical programming. He is providing executive oversight in Everest’s global Statistics and Statistical Programming operations, working closely with his department leaders and teams located in USA, Taiwan, and China. Guojun effectively supports many clinical research programs through his strategic management of his project portfolios and keeping close communications with clients and maintaining strong client relationships. Guojun has experience in most therapeutic areas, with a focused and solid expertise in oncology and neuroscience.
In Guojun’s pharmaceutical clinical research career, his former employers included Eisai, ImClone Systems/Eli Lilly and Company, Sanofi Pasteur, and Abbott.
Guojun earned his Ph.D. degree and a M.Sc. degree in Statistics from University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, Ohio. He also holds a M.Sc. degree in Statistics from Hunan University, Changsha, China.
