Grant La Hay has more than 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and clinical research fields and has accelerated from supervisory to management positions held in human resources (HR) for 15 years. Over the past 15 years of performing in strategic HR leadership roles, Grant has demonstrated strong leadership initiatives driving business success. Grant joined Everest in 2019 and is responsible for overseeing a broad range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll, compensation, benefits, and health and safety. 

Grant is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL), and his strong ethics and dedication benefit his position at Everest, where he is responsible for global Human Resources and is implementing and managing new human resource systems to handle and facilitate accelerated growth to meet increased staffing needs.  Before joining Everest, Grant held positions of Director, Human Resources at Pharma Medica Research Inc., Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, positions of Senior Manager and Manager at Teva Canada, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and Supervisor at Apotex Inc. also in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Grant earned his B.A. degree from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, and has a post-graduate Human Resources Management diploma from Sheridan College, Brampton, Ontario, Canada and holds a CHRL designation.
