Dean Rutty has been a part of the statistical and programming team at Everest Clinical Research since the company was established in January 2004. Dean advanced quickly from Biostatistician to Senior Biostatistician and joined Everest’s Management Team since 2010. With over 20 years of experience in biostatistics, Dean is a seasoned Biostatistician and a proven leader in clinical trial biostatistics and statistical programming. He is providing executive oversight in Everest global Statistics and Statistical Programming operations, working with his direct reports and teams located in USA, Canada and China, with focus on developing, leading, and maintaining client relationships, project portfolios and supporting clinical programs, as well as Everest statistical and programming strategic development. Dean is also providing oversight to the statistical consultation to clients in program and protocol design and development, statistical methodologies, as well as trial randomization and drug supply management logistics. Dean began his career as a Biostatistician and Programmer Analyst at Pharmacia/Pfizer Corporation before joining Everest.

Dean earned his M.Sc. degree in Applied Statistics and his B.Sc. degree in Biological Sciences with Statistics Minor from the University of Guelph, Ontario, Canada.
