Bob Lan has over 35 years of experience in medical and clinical research focusing on statistical programming. Of the 35 years’ industry experience, 22 were in progressive statistical programming leadership positions.

Bob joined Everest in 2006 and is one of the Statistical Programming Leaders in the company. He is responsible for oversight in Statistical Programing with focus on developing, leading and maintaining client relationships and project portfolios, statistical programming team performance management, as well as contributing to the overall Everest statistical programming strategic development. Prior to joining Everest, Bob held positions of Senior Statistical Analyst at Eli Lilly Inc., Toronto, Ontario Canada; Senior Programmer/System Analyst for Pharmacia/Pfizer Corporation, Toronto, Ontario, Canada; SAS Programmer Analyst at Innovus Research Inc., Burlington, Ontario, Canada.

Bob earned his M.Sc. degree in Computer Science from Huazhong Normal University, Wuhan, China.
