Ambrose Kwok, Ph.D.
Ambrose Kwok has been a part of the Everest team since the company was established in 2004. Ambrose advanced quickly from Senior Biostatistician to Principal Biostatistician and joined Everest’s Management Team since 2010. With over 20 years of experience in biostatistics, Ambrose is one of the Statistical Leaders in the company. He is responsible for executive oversight in Statistics and Statistical Programming with focus on developing, leading, and maintaining client relationships, project portfolios and supporting clinical programs, as well as Everest statistical and programming strategic development. Ambrose is deeply involved in statistical design and methodologies discussion and decision making for cancer studies.
Ambrose began his career as a Statistician at the Kingston General Hospital, Department of Medicine, in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. He was then a Biostatistician at NCIC (National Cancer Institute of Canada) Clinical Trials Group, also in Kingston, followed by the role of Biostatistician at Pharmacia/Pfizer Corporation before joining Everest.
Ambrose earned his Ph.D. degree in Statistics from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Ambrose also holds a M.Sc. degree in Statistics, a B.Sc. degree in Statistics, and a B.Commerce, Actuarial and Management Science degree, all from the University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
