Ambrose Kwok has been a part of the statistical and programming team at Everest Clinical Research since the company was established in January 2004. Ambrose advanced quickly from Senior Biostatistician to Principal Biostatistician and joined Everest’s Management Team since 2010. With over 25 years of experience in biostatistics, Ambrose is a seasoned Biostatistician and a proven leader in clinical trial biostatistics and statistical programming. He is providing executive oversight in Everest global Statistics and Statistical Programming operations, working with his direct reports and teams located in USA, Canada and China; developing and maintaining client relationships, project portfolios, and supporting clinical research programs. Ambrose brings his breadth of clinical trial experience supporting statistical and programming projects, statistical consulting, and involving in process development and improvement, along with his ability to effectively bring together cross functional teams. Ambrose is deeply involved in statistical design and methodologies discussion and decision making for clinical oncology trials.

Ambrose began his career as a Statistician at the Kingston General Hospital, Department of Medicine, in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. He moved on to become a Biostatistician at NCIC (National Cancer Institute of Canada) Clinical Trials Group, also in Kingston, followed by a Biostatistician at Pharmacia/Pfizer Corporation before joining Everest.

Ambrose earned his Ph.D. degree in Statistics from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Ambrose also holds a M.Sc. degree in Statistics, a B.Sc. degree in Statistics, and a B.Commerce, Actuarial and Management Science degree, all from the University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
